“In 1981, a couple of guys from Vancouver, BC, modified two old Nishiki's with wider tyres, straight bars, and thumb shifters and went riding in the North Shore mountains. When the first Blizzard went into production three years later in 1984, it was born from that desire to build a better bike.”
